Our classic champagne in the 0,75l Imperial bottle is suitable for every occasion – whether it is for your own pleasure, for a present or a degustation in the high quality cuisine. The Couvée of the year (Meunier) blended with 20 % of reserve wine of the prior year. It has soft and mild taste, the ideal for the aperitif.

Our mellow rose-champagne in the 0,75l Imperial bottle, is the modern alternative to the classic Brut champagne. Its lively, intensive aroma and its exceptional taste of ripe berries, make it the perfect companion. Based on Brut, blended with 12 % of red wine. It is characterized by its aromas of red fruits to place as an aperitif or with a dessert based on fruit.

ABOUT OUR CHAMPAGNE

The grapes for the basic wines are gently collected by hand to bring them into the wine press undamaged. We are only using the free run juice that we ferment temperature-controlled in big oak barrels.

In order to maintain the distinguishing acid, which gives the inimitable flavour and taste to the Hedonist, we concentrate on 100 % Pinot Meunier.

The cuvée ferments at least for 24 months on the bottle, to get a fine sparkling, thick mousseux and to give a classic champagne-brioche-note to the Hedonist.
